Simple Things To Do To Feel Happier

  • look at a snowflake up close (or a leaf or a flower)

  • listen to a song you love
  • drink a cup of tea (or coffee)
  • smile
  • hug
  • dance
  • stretch
  • walk
  • have a healthy snack
  • write or draw
  • put on your favourite shirt/dress/hat/whatever
  • put your face in the sun
  • take a deep breath
  • call someone you miss
  • light a candle 


  • look at the sky 


  • google a picture of something you know will cheer you up (kitties, waterfalls, poutine)
  • read a quote you love
  • watch a funny video
