1. Spend time in nature. Fresh air and sunshine are good for your body and your soul.
2. Surround yourself with people you love. You will smile and laugh often. (Also, being silly keeps you young.)

4. Eat good food.
5. Wear things you like that make you feel good about yourself.
6. Be natural. Let your hair air-dry sometimes. Go without make-up.
